First steam room at 37°C.

2. SILK-SMOOTH RENEWAL

First body exfoliation.

3. IMMERSION WATERS

Warm water pool to stabilize

circulation.

4. INNER HEAT

Second steam room at 55°C with aromatic herbs.

5. OLIVE WRAP

Second body exfoliation with olive soap.

6. TRANQUILITY ON STONE

A hot stone to lie upon and stimulate the

immune system.

7. SERENE RETURN

A serene environment designed so that the body and mind
