Welcome to Wild Flora Travel Designers.

We are committed to delivering exceptional private travel experiences throughout Mendoza, Argentina, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, transparency and personalized service.

These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made directly through our website, email, WhatsApp or any other official communication channel of Wild Flora Travel Designers.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability.

A reservation shall only be considered confirmed after:

Full or agreed payment has been received.
Written confirmation has been issued by Wild Flora Travel Designers.

Availability of wineries, hotels, restaurants, transportation services and third-party suppliers cannot be guaranteed until confirmation has been issued.

Wild Flora reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

2. Rates & Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may change before confirmation due to:

supplier availability
exchange rate fluctuations
government taxes
operational costs
extraordinary economic circumstances

Once a reservation has been confirmed in writing, the agreed price becomes final unless the client requests modifications to the itinerary.

3. Payment Methods

Wild Flora Travel Designers accepts the payment methods communicated during the booking process.

Available payment methods may include:

International Credit Cards
Bank Transfers
PIX (Brazil)
Cryptocurrency (USDT), when available

Any banking fees, currency conversion charges, payment platform commissions or international transfer costs shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Tours & Experiences

Reservations cancelled five (5) calendar days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund.

All eligible refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee, which covers:

banking charges
credit card processing fees
currency conversion costs
administrative expenses

Reservations cancelled less than five (5) calendar days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Failure to attend the scheduled service ("No Show") will be considered a same-day cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Private Transportation Services

Private transportation services may be cancelled forty-eight (48) hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time.

Eligible refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point ("No Show") will result in the full service being charged.

5. Changes & Amendments

Requests to modify:

travel dates
departure times
wineries
restaurants
hotels
transportation
itineraries
activities

must be submitted in writing.

All modifications remain subject to supplier availability.

Wild Flora will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply.

6. Availability

All services remain subject to availability until written confirmation has been issued.

This includes, but is not limited to:

wineries
hotels
restaurants
transportation
museums
guides
outdoor activities
wellness experiences
adventure excursions

If a supplier becomes unavailable, Wild Flora reserves the right to substitute the service with another provider of similar category and quality whenever reasonably possible.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Certain experiences depend upon weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Wild Flora Travel Designers shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or itinerary modifications resulting from:

severe weather
snowfall
Zonda winds
flooding
landslides
earthquakes
road closures
government restrictions
strikes
political events
border closures
accidents
supplier failures
force majeure events

Whenever reasonably possible, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options will be offered.

8. Private Transportation

All transportation services operated directly by Wild Flora Travel Designers are provided using legally authorized tourism vehicles operated by professional licensed drivers.

Vehicles are maintained according to applicable transportation regulations.

Wild Flora reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with another of similar or superior category whenever operational circumstances require.

9. Airport Transfers

Flight arrivals are monitored whenever accurate flight information has been provided by the guest.

Guests are responsible for communicating any changes to their flight schedule as soon as possible.

Wild Flora will make reasonable efforts to adjust pick-up times whenever flight delays occur.

Waiting times beyond those considered reasonable may generate additional charges.

10. Passenger Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

provide accurate booking information;
arrive punctually at the agreed meeting point;
comply with local laws and regulations;
follow driver and guide instructions;
behave respectfully toward staff, suppliers and other guests.

Wild Flora reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service without refund whenever a guest's behaviour compromises the safety of passengers, staff or property.

11. Alcohol Consumption

Wine tastings and alcoholic beverages are offered exclusively by independent wineries and licensed establishments.

Guests remain solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption.

Wild Flora reserves the right to deny transportation or terminate a service if a guest's behaviour compromises safety due to excessive alcohol consumption or any other inappropriate conduct.

12. Luggage

Guests must notify Wild Flora in advance of oversized luggage, sports equipment or any special transportation requirements.

Wild Flora shall not be responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.

Lost property will be returned whenever possible; however, any shipping costs shall be borne by the guest.

13. Children

Child safety seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Parents or legal guardians remain solely responsible for supervising minors throughout the experience.

14. Photography

Wild Flora may occasionally capture photographs or videos during experiences for promotional purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos should notify us prior to the commencement of the service.

15. Role of Wild Flora Travel Designers

Wild Flora Travel Designers operates as a luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) and receptive travel agency based in Mendoza, Argentina.

Depending on the nature of each reservation, Wild Flora may act as:

Direct provider of certain services, including private transportation operated by legally authorized tourism vehicles.
Organizer and designer of tailor-made travel experiences.
Intermediary in the reservation and coordination of tourism services provided by carefully selected independent suppliers.

These suppliers may include wineries, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, guides, museums, activity operators and other tourism-related businesses.

Wild Flora carefully selects its suppliers according to quality, professionalism and reliability in order to provide the highest possible travel experience.

16. Third-Party Suppliers

Many services included within our itineraries are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

These may include, but are not limited to:

wineries
hotels
restaurants
museums
licensed tour guides
adventure operators
hot air balloon companies
horseback riding operators
helicopter services
rafting operators
ski resorts
airlines
private aviation providers
wellness providers
any additional tourism supplier included within the itinerary

Each supplier operates independently under its own policies, operating procedures and safety standards.

While Wild Flora carefully selects and coordinates these suppliers, it cannot be held liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or operational decisions exclusively attributable to independent third-party providers.

Nevertheless, Wild Flora will always make reasonable efforts to assist guests in resolving any issue that may arise during their journey.

17. Supplier Changes

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require modifications to the confirmed itinerary.

Examples include:

supplier availability
private events
weather conditions
maintenance
operational requirements
safety concerns
force majeure

Whenever reasonably possible, Wild Flora will replace the affected supplier with another of similar category, quality and value while preserving the overall experience.

18. Tailor-Made Itineraries

Each itinerary prepared by Wild Flora Travel Designers is individually designed according to the guest's travel dates, preferences, interests and supplier availability.

Therefore:

quotations are personalized;
prices remain valid only during the validity period indicated in the proposal;
modifications requested after confirmation may generate additional costs;
revised itineraries remain subject to availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

Wild Flora Travel Designers shall not be responsible for losses, damages, expenses or delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

adverse weather conditions
natural disasters
road closures
strikes
government actions
border restrictions
airline delays or cancellations
supplier failures
health emergencies
force majeure events

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude any rights that guests may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

20. Privacy

Wild Flora Travel Designers processes personal information exclusively for the purpose of providing tourism services.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any dispute arising from services provided by Wild Flora Travel Designers shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Mendoza, Argentina, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

22. Acceptance of these Terms

By confirming a reservation through our website, email, WhatsApp or any other official communication channel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
